Recent Default / but SATISFIED -- does 230k/month - Steel Erection business

Merchant does 230k/month in Steel Erection. Credit score in the 500s.

"He had 196,000 with them and a balance of 60,000 left. They kept trying to ACH the bank account with no money. But it has been paid in full" - Merchant's accountant explanation to me.

Anyway - the ask is under 100k. Will take 50k-100k

Any funders, generally speaking, that will consider recent default if compensating factors are present?

    Try these guys:

    Infusion Capital
    United Fund USA
    Hybrid Advance
    Topline
    Adventure

Some of you have ragged on me about including Hybrid.
Kevin has been fine with me...

But as in all instances in businesses, buyer beware....do your due diligence.

    Try Epic Advance.
they have done some deals for me that have satisfied df history.
The story has to make sense. if they like it they will give it a shot with a starter offer. (not some 20 day flex deal)
    mark@epic-advance.com

other option you have is to speak to your exisiting relationsships and explain the story and see if they will do it for ya.

Hey Steve, any reason why you're okay with Kevin @ Hybrid but you don't like Leon's company? They're run by the same boss.

I've gotten good offers from Kevin. Soloman on the other hand not a good experience so far....Soloman was a referral from a colleague that I trust. Trying to close a deal with Soloman today as a first experience with a default cliented. So we'll see.

And yes some of these shops have real newbies working there....and I've gotten some positive results with pushback to them on offers and deals.

Kevin is not the funder. Solomon is. Kevin is just in the front. Look at the court system, I'm not making anything up. Hybrid, MNS, Brickstone, World Global Fund.... they're all the same person's money, just with different faces.

Kevin, that's a bold faced lie. Your LinkedIn profile states clearly that you work at World Global Fund. On the courts Hybrid is filing with Josh/Shia Dembitzer as the owner. You used to use Manny Yosipov (the collections guy) to file, and he shows up on both WGF and Hybrid. If you have a doubt who the owners are, call Manny directly. And if you can't get through? Give Mike Williams a call and see how money got sent in a circle.

Hybrid Advance is just an assumed name of World Global Fund, it's on the NY sec of state website, and he works for Shloimi Feig who calls himself Solomon, I guess even Kevin doesn't want people to know he's associated with World Global even though that's his boss

Micah, it seems that you are really trying to call out these guys, and no one seems to be listening. But I hear you.

It's a pattern I've been noticing. People are easily fooled, but it is very hard to tell that same person that they are being fooled.

    Agreed.

Don't know Steve .. but know Micah and besides for being the board moderator here... He is good people... People care about his experiences.. I have spoken with Kevin a couple of times as well and he's been nothing but a standup guy .. Always giving good advice and pointing me in the right direction. Actually just sent him a prospect this morning..

off topic but I guess a good lesson for half this board would be.... Instead of begging for deals like an addict begging for couple of bucks so he can get his fix...

Be honest about your intentions... provide value and useful info even if it doesn't seem to benefit you... and business will come... Also, don't be scum. Ok, rant over.

Eli, come on, board moderator? Leave that for someone else (to be left unnamed). If I was the moderator, there are several liars and cheaters who I would have banned from here ages ago. It's hard, because when you're trying to be transparent and putting your phone number on the board and then they can call you. It's when people lie and try to get away with it that bothers me. Westcoast is the best trolling here and calling out the lies. I'm just mad about so many lives that have been ruined because of these guys.

Hybrids a joke and scams anyone who works with them especially their investors. They'll fund an open default that went bad last week to collect 30% UW Fees. And obviously those deals go bad after 3 payments. Stay far away
