    Centrex is DOWN

    Any body else experiencing an issue with Centrex right now? How can a CRM shut down in the middle of a funding day?

    Anyone have a better alternative that has better up time?

    Yes, we are experiencing DB2 failure. Trust me when I say we have an army of Centrex staff members looking at the issue to bring us back up as soon as humanly possible. All client data is very safe ad under lock and key. We are simply experiencing server failure.

    We will be sending out an email shortly with our recovery plan and closure on the situation. Thank you very much for your patience.

    Seems like it's happening every other week now and we can't fund when the CRM is down. It's getting a bit rediculous.

    We completely agree. We have an email going out shortly with cause of the issue and the solution. Included in this email will be an outline on our migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS) which we have been working on for a little over a year now. Migration to AWS will take place later in the year and these types of issues will be no more. It's been a very large focus here at Centrex.

    We thank you @CT3 and any other Centrex customer for your support, business, and patience. We are working as fast as we can.

    Yes.....according to our dev team we were down for a total of 3 minutes 27 seconds. Not saying that is OK in any way shape or form but that is the official date and time stamp on the outage. Every single Centrex employee is very much looking forward to our AWS migration later in the year. It will allow us to do so much more so much faster as a growing software company.

    As always, we very much appreciate your patience CT3 and the patience of all Centrex customers and partners.

    Its also been super slow lately. Sometimes it takes minutes for a page to load. It's been happening a lot lately and becoming way more frequent.

    Jonathon,

    I will be creating a new post here next week on the DB (database) enhancements we made this week as a software company. You should already be seeing a nice increase in performance from page to page. Last night (8/31/2022) we made our last enhancement to our last DB. Re-sync has been successful and we have already had clients call and message in expressing they have already seen a nice difference. We very much look forward to our complete migration to AWS in December of this year.

    We very much appreciate and respect your patience and understanding as we work through this massive growth phase as a software company.

    Yes, fully agree and fully understood. Out of the 70+ employees we have here at Centrex, about 12 of them have received little to no sleep this week enhancing our DB's in the middle of the night. Monday - Wednesday we enhanced the DB's and last night they spent all night configuring the load balancer so during peak hours Centrex clients will have a nice efficient experience which is the experience we have provided for over 10 years. It pains us greatly to see our customer base struggle in our platform. We are doing all that we can to rectify the situation. Starting yesterday/today/Monday of next week, all Centrex clients should notice a very nice increase in system performance as all enhancements are now finished.

    For those Centrex clients that are using Managed Data Cloud for custom reporting and gamification on the sales floor, FiveTran re-sync should be finished by midnight tonight. The re-sync was one hundred percent necessary to make sure all DB's were enhanced correctly.

    Again, thank you to all of you who continue to believe in us as your core software partner. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we work through these growing times. Have an awesome weekend.

    Usually I can expect once a month for Centrex to act up for no more than an hour, but this week it seems like it's been slow almost every day. Worst case scenario this usually clears up fairly quickly, but today it has been slow since first thing this morning. Anybody else experiencing this?

    Not sure whats up with Centrex but Cloudsquare developed the #1 Broker App for MCA on the #1 CRM, Salesforce. We also have a pre-built app called FundSuite for direct funders. If anybody is interested leveraging Salesforce, feel free to check us out.

    If you are still having trouble with Centrex, take a look at our Brokersuite product for Salesforce. We have great customer feedback and it definitely isn't getting slower all the time!

    Yeah, it's certainly not getting any better. I've worked with many CRMs over the years and they all have had times when they had issues, but Centrex is by far the worst. It adds at least an hour or two to your schedule being it's so slow and takes forever to work on a file.
