    I can do it either way....have a broker over there with NMLS so that I can handle it if primary residence.

    from Client -----The property in question is an investment property and I do not live at the property.....I have owned it for 12 years and it has been tenant occupied until now....It is currently vacant and I have listed it for sale at $331,000......state is Hawaii
