    restaurant with low bank balances that never bounces

    Have a 4 year old restaurant that avg $30k a month with 610 credit in Virginia, but always keep balances below $500 but never goes negative

    have a $20k offer and looking for min $35k to purchase additional oven

    Not sure about 35K with out UW... but below 500 daily balance is that 99cents or $487.00 ? you can sign-up and find out asap ...

    You're not going to get $35k here on an MCA, I don't know if equipment financing would work here, that would be a suitable option maybe?

    We can take a look at this on first position credit card split. Might be able to get there if we can pay the 3rd party direct.

    With a credit split the funder receives their money 1st - then the merchant - No ACH Rejects.

    That is the purpose of a Lock-Box - Split Funding

    The amount of funds they are seeking will be a long reach - but as Quickstone mentioned - if the vendor is paid direct

    Lot of funders will not touch this because it's in VA, new laws went into effect friday.

    If the daily comes off the top (ie a split), the balances in his bank still get lower, what happens when he goes negative and racks up NSF charges, and his bank account eventually gets closed....

    Yeah, until they open up another credit card processor and start funneling their sales through that terminal instead of yours.
