For all the funders saying "PSF man bad" or the likes, if a broker is not getting PSF's they are just leaving money on the table. There is an ethical way to collect PSF's without risking the deal or risking the relationship with the merchant.

wow do you decline any iso that does other types of financing that the only way to get paid is to charge a fee? or are you saying they don't charge when they fund with you ?

Not when they fund with me and we're already paying 15 points on new and renew. Pulling another 5-10% PSF on top of being paid 15 points is just obnoxious IMO and only serves to compromise the relationship with the merchant/renewal.
