Are they legal residents? Address on driver's license? Typically requires residency although I've seen some that don't even need that.

I will if they have been in this country for a while and owned the business for awhile and have strong daily balances. We cap 3-5 months depending on everything.

We will fund them based on credit card sales volume. They need to own some type of property (residential, commercial, land) that can tie them to the US.
