Yes, the application can only be configured with the predictive dialer system.

If your only using a few numbers you can register them with FreeCallerRegistry and CallTransparency , they will do a small screening process and this worked , we have burner cellphones for test at another company i work with for all 3 major carriers and after register we tested them and the scam likely were gone

Most of the time, outbound contact centers are using 100's of numbers.
The program is more sophisticated as it's able to intuitively rotate 1000's of local numbers.

FYI ...I now need to answer all my scam likely calls as some of the largest and reputable MCA/Leasing brokerage shops in the nation (when they call me to discuss a deal) caller ID comes up as Scam likely.

    Marcus,

It has become more challenging with the new regulations implemented last year (STIR/SHAKEN).

However, we do have a solution that bypasses and virtually eliminates "Spam" from impacting productivity.

    If you're interested, DM me.

I rotate my numbers but it gets to be a pain in the ass sometimes, and also use a girl's name on the CNAM which people seem to love answering even more. Are you referring to spoofing the CID?

    Hi Ridextreme,

Not spoofing, that's illegal and can result in heavy fines.

From the sounds of it, you're manually switching out your DID's (Local numbers) which can be cumbersome. Especially if you're operating a contact center with 10+ agents and dialing across North America. It's a full time job.

The proprietary solution uses real, verified by the carrier, local numbers that are intuitively rotating and scrubbing against google. If the tool detects a flagged number, it automatically swaps it out before it can negatively impact productivity.

If you want more info, DM me!

    Jason,

I'm very familiar with them! They seem to work well with call centers of low volume and few agents. Depending on call volume, you could be paying a substantial amount with delays in spam detection.

I've had call centers transition over from their services ranging from 10 to 80 agents. You get a cleaner, PCI compliant infrastructure with dedicated DID specialists in an all in one solution, at a better cost.
