River Advance really ramped things up this month by hiring more underwriters and changing our guidelines in a way that enables us to give out way more aggressive offers. Were sending out offers within an hour of receiving the submission, funding within 1 to 2 hours of receiving the signed contract, and paying out commission the next day. We also pay 12-14 points commission, fund up to 750k, terms up to 10 months, buy rates anywhere from a 1.28 to a 1.379, and require very minimal stips to fund.

We are very competitive when it comes to winning the deals we like and we don't mind getting a little funky with our offers in order to get it done
