So I've been using this pretty dope SMS blasting company. They give you a portal to use to keep everything in order. You can blast 100's of thousands at a time without being blocked for spam. .03 cents a sms.

I haven't and if the error comes up, just stop texting/calling them. IDK at .03 cents a text, I find it a lot easier to turn a cold into a warm/hot lead

Ever have an issue with merchants that are in the do not call list and wait for solicitors?
can you run into the same issues as using a dailer?

I've been using them for a little over 6 months and haven't had a problem with them yet.

Yeah I've been doing this for quite some time and still laugh when brokers try to pitch me to send them deals.

I need something as described in the original post. Being able to send high volume of texts without being blocked. A lot of these services do care more about the integrity of their service and do not love cold text sending

Gotcha. The services I linked to are enterprise ready and scalable. So you would not be blocked only on the grounds of number of sms's you send, but it would have to be some sort of other reason they would ban you. Get a good understand regarding the TOS of the services so you can figure out how to use the service in compliance. Once you have a clear understand regarding compliance you will then know exactly how your use will fall under compliance or out of compliance... Armed with a total understanding you will then be able to make a judgment call to operate in compliance or out of compliance. Also with the knowledge gained you can then be better equipped to find a vendor that will allow you to operate out of compliance. Perhaps you will need to look for a vendor that is based in another country.. But you will be able to figure all this out once you start digging into the details..

So are you saying there is NO way to do this while staying IN compliance?
form what I have read on SMS marketing it seems almost certain that marketing this industry via SMS is strickly prohibited without consent.
