    Friday Thought

I don't want TV much in the late evenings. I taped a Gordon Ramsey show featuring a restaurant in New Orleans that was in trouble operationally and financially. I was intrigued why a restaurant in a town like New Orleans would be in trouble especially one that had been a neighborhood staple since the 1990s.

The restaurant was acquired by the Grandson of the founder and it quickly went sideways. Although he's a smart guy, he had no clue how to run a restaurant and was an absentee owner.

Love or hate Gordon Ramsey he said something pretty profound.

"Success cannot be inherited or bought"......

I'll take that one step further.... You can't bull**** your way to success either...

    Happy Friday!

I disagree....hahahaha...I know people who messed up a going concern and lived to tell about it...it continued success in spite of the founder's son idiocies....
