so you will fund someone 3 times their gross on a 95 day deal . that will put the merchant doing 700k paying 868k a month. pretty impressive bud

This is clearly a factoring or LOC deal, buy out the MCA and give him a product that either IS and functions like a line of credit. $2.5mm on $7mm of AR is very very very doable. The only problem is that you won't get paid MCA rates up front, so that's a decision that you're going to make, if you want residuals and some money up front, or you "need" 10 points on each deal. If you want help on this, reach out, I'm thrilled to help on these, I've been working deals for years, and in the last 2 months I've seen 3 multimillion dollar deals.

There are only a select few in this industry that would do a straight 2.5m deal, and I doubt you are one of them.

Have never seen 'Key Cap' or 'Key Capital' in any bank statement. I wonder what deals they 'entertain'

Micah is correct. He hooked me up with a 2mm revolving LOC deal at 11.6% in mid feb. didn't end up closing as he went his bank but an MCA really doesn't seem to be the fit here.
