Well , I received a lot of inquires from few Indian merchants regarding credit card processing. They are selling medicare supplements by telemarketing. All of their customer from US and Canada. They ship products from India.They are looking for a good credit card processor . They used to process by some 3rd party processor like using someones merchant account. Good companies like authorize, moneris, firstdata they don't support in India. So these merchants are in a trap right now.They are unable to process their sales right now directly. 3rd party providers keep 30% of their sales amount and most of them don't pay in-time. So, they are looking for some reliable provider who can provide processing service to India (personal or by company). Approximately right now the link i have they can process $100k in a month.

They are agreed to pay 10%-%20 commission with sales tax for personal account.

Unfortunately there is a good amount of shady merchants based out of india too and their chargebacks in many cases are very high. There arent any USA based banks or processors who will service Indian merchants. We do have some offshore solutions, so PM me and i'll see what we can do/depends on the merchant, any history, etc.

You are right. But they told me we can verify their clients , shipping and take a confirmation from clients if they authorize the charge or not. They are agreed to send every sales recording.
