Property and Development loans...anyone know anyone who can do these?
Not sure what they are officially called. But client needs to purchase property that he has money down on to do the due dilligence via engineers. land good to go, now needs to purchase it and develop. any idea?

Needs to put that due diligence in the purchase contract....sale pending satisfactory result of the due diligence. And also specify who will do it and how it will be paid.
