Here are the basic guidelines for GOAT:

There are no restricted states and very few restricted industries, real estate, auto sales, and gas stations.
We like to see MCA history; our average deal is a 1.43 factor for 130 days - 2nd and 3rd position.
We do fund 1st positions, and we get creative on clean 1sts with good TIB.
We can compete with the more corporate shops with our turnaround time and deal creativity.
We specialize in reverses.
We won't be as aggressive on the high-risk deals - although we will fund previous defaults that were satisfied.
We won't compete with 10 month offers but we will most likely be able to give you an offer that will win for the dollar amount and be close enough in term.
