    Any DIRECT lenders fund with only 50% ownership?

    Also, many will do it if there's a stip in the operating agreement that the client has full rights to take loans / investments and the other 50% can't override him.

    Get a copy of the operating agreement so you make sure you are not wasting time.

    it's risky Can Capital used to (not sure what current policy is ) fund with 5% ownership which was insane. Majority ownership can always come back and say they did not authorize the mca deal. You want to stick with 51% or higher unless documentation shows 50% has that power to indebt the co

    You would still need to check the operating agreement even if it is +51%. There was a recent case here in Florida.....
