Seen way worse done to my merch. Started debits for $2500/d - Wire out 55k suppose for a 900k 30 Year LOC. Only way merch fell for it is because I had secured him a legit LOC w/Headway.

To the scumbag(s) running this op good luck rotting away.

The NY Attorney General and FBI and FTC know who they are, and are investigating them already.
The more cases you send them, the more likely your merchants money will come back before the money is spent.
Image capital them as well?? Seeing many of the same types of "deals" from Image Capital

Haven't seen Lego lately I think they stopped but the new one I see now is Image capital.
Anyone have any idea who they are?
Looks like they are funding very similar to Lego.

    It's all the same group.
Lego, rocket, visa, wise, pinnacle, everyday, everyweek, image, greengrass, princton, triple crown.
They all send fake **** out to merchants.
I was told that there is a known anti mca attorney putting together a class action lawsuit against them. I doubt it'll help. It's on us, all brokers and funders to teach your merchant's that they should be on the lookout for it.

Nailed it. At LoanMe we've come across the "Take this high factor, short term MCA to get an LOC" scam on numerous deals, all originating from a variety of white labels tied to a handful of specific funders.

It's an unfortunate practice in an industry that already has its share of eyebrow raising practices. The good news is we're coming across less of these bait & switches but I'm sure there's still plenty of them out there.
