Personal loan - plenty of companies will do it. monthly payment. Rate from 8% up to 20%+. Get a DBA in the meantime and wait 3 months. I've seen quadruple funding this way. Ideally 660 or better Fico, should have proof of personal income.

If they own a home, I have a program that can get them home improvement money. 90% of their personal income. They have to get bids for home improvement work, the bids will be verified. Need a 660 or better Fico. Loan will fund in the amount of the bids. However, the money can be used for ANYTHING and there is NO LIEN placed on the property Loan term are around 9% for 15 years. 3 bids, means 3 payment. Bids will be confirmed by underwriting but not funded by lender to contractor. Funded to homeowner. No commissions paid on this program...you must have a 3rd party fee agreement and have a relationship with the client to confirm you will get paid. Even get a post dated check.

Try SoFI, Credible or Marcus by Goldman sachs, they all give pretty easy approvals on personal loans with personal statements. (Credit must be decent though)
