When you have a deal on the table and seeking someone to broker the file for you. How do you protect your client from getting snatched? If anyone have experience this please share if no issues?

In this maddening world of cash advances there is only one way you can protect your client and that is to have a great relationship with them! KYS (Know Your S***) - Educate them and be an transparent as possible! Half of the time the business owner doesn't know what they are doing and it is up to you to represent them. So what do you do? Go over the key points of the file and qualify them on your end. Pick of the phone- go over the details quickly with your relationship manager and get it going! No one likes to waste time and if you have a good ISO Manager/Rep/Owner (whoever) they will tell you right away Yay or Nay. UW cost money... Time in Money and no one likes to waste time.

Now, if you are working UCC's or your merchant has received a cash advance recently, they could be called up to 10x a day by other broker companies who purchased a lead list with their name on it. It is up to the business owner to "Just Say NO". They will only do this if you are consistent and keep your word (and by keep your word, I don't mean promise! NEVER PROMISE ANYTHING! EVER!!!!)
