From my experience pretty much all of the companies you are going to want to work with will not be soliciting you to send them deals. You need to go out and build relationships with them. Any company begging for my deals I would proceed with caution. Search through the board as there have been many posts of which funders/lenders do what. You could also cobroker deals to start and piggyback off someone elses relationships. Good luck.
