Oil and Gas Company Looking to Refinance 75mil in debenture notes

Our client, a oil and gas investment company, announced a joint drilling venture in the newly discovered natural gas fields in Val Verde County. The valuation on the Val Verde Oil Well is at 2 billion.
The field that they just discovered last year has just come on line with their first two wells. There are 9 other wells coming on line over the next few weeks. The property has a signed agreement with a publicly traded company to purchase all of the gas. The Val Verde field has massive deposits of gas and pockets of oil.

The company currently owes $73mm in debenture notes at 8.5% and would like to refinance the debenture notes to 3-3.5%.

In addition, they also have a portion of equity for sale.

They are ready to move forward quickly. If you are a direct lender, institutional lender or investor interested in this opportunity please reach out. (No brokers)

    RE: Debenture notes

What entity is behind the notes?

You probably need an SEC licensed individual / firm to assist.

Being a CRE broker I can't assist you any further as per your request but I could direct you to an SEC licensed broker.

Hi, I was recently hired at a company who's partner company is called Petro lucrum inc. which is a which invests across the asset classes while being anchored in energy, onshore USA. Integrated through direct investments, mergers and acquisitions. This deal might be a good fit for us but as I work in another department i'd like to put you through to someone who can help you.
