That's like saying Noble funding did not back door or their LOC product is real ….. meanwhile everybody knows they did and nobody ever got a line of credit through NOBLE. Also it sounds like you work directly for one of these three companies.

Not everybody backdoors. I've worked closely with at least two funders that were against using even 12-month-old data for their reps, let alone backdoor. I know them personally and they wouldn't just say it to get my dealflow and I've asked the reps about the data they use.
For a smaller ISO shop, If you have a strong connection with a boutique funder or two, you are set. Otherwise, you are running in a minefield.

Not everybody backdoors. DM me if you need some safe houses to send to. Plenty of lenders in this industry that I can vouch for, that I know for fact do good business and don't backdoor.

You just think it's backdooring because you gave them the lead that you were unable to close, and then 2-4 weeks later Everest's internal sales team calls direct, because... why leave money on the table?

The problems start when your submissions are intentionally rejected to you and then funded internally or the funder intentionally stacks themselves without paying you, or they don't pay on a renewal when agreed that they would. Whatever the contract states, that's the ground-rules that you mutually agree upon.
