Who are the best MCA construction lenders?

Who are the best MCA construction lenders?

I come across many construction deals and many lenders require construction to be in business for a year or two.

They could have spectacular credit and 200K/month deposits but no one wants to give them a great deal.

Is there any lender out there that prefers having bigger construction market share portfolios?

Please advise and I will reach out.

    Best,

    Jean R.
