Have a merchant with 4 positions balances totaling about 100k maybe more. Anyone here that does true consolidations? Or know of any companies that do?

Even if we can payoff 2-3 of the 4 and net him a good amount, that'd work.

Merchant averages about 200k monthly, 5 figure balances.

The fact that the Merchant has 4 positions tells me that they are busy-in fact likely too busy to have their Financials in place. HVAC Businesses in general were not at all affected by the Pandemic- so their sales were probably steady.

If he is doing 200k monthly, profitable and with collateral (even the personal residence) 500k is not at all out of the question. This is possible even with credit sub 600. A 10 year note for 500k at 6% is less than 6k per month. How would client feel about having cash in the bank AND a huge savings monthly?

If we see that there is a path to a long-term solution we have leverage to consolidate those positions because there is a finite exit strategy. Without it Funders will see the Merchant as 'serial stacker' and avoid them at all costs.
