    Stacking ?

Question for all my funders out there.

How do you guys go by if an ISO stacks you and the deal goes bad but the ISO sends a lot of business?

FYI this is just a friendly question. Please don't start your war **** of comments on this thread.

How many additional deals will go bad? What is your appetite for losses?

I guess it depends on the stack.

Is it a 10 day deal from one of the entities?

I'll cut the ISO off immediately if I find that they stack me like that. Anything under a week is unacceptable.

Merchant's are applying for addtl funding behind first position funder's all the time. There is noway to stop this. If the original broker gets a call fr merchant and they don't offer this, the merchant will just go to the web to seek it out. If a merchant has a need, they have a need. In terms of ISos stacking your deal, if it defaults, certainly, that could be a cause of action to terminate an ISO, otherwise, the layering is just part of this business

Having more than 1 position isn't the issue, it's when it's done right after the initial funding that's just straight grimy. Then again, I price very aggressively so adding in another position on top of that makes the likelihood of default that much higher.
