Centrex Software has a full circle CRM dedicated to the business finance sector. Client portals, syndicate portals, broker portals are all available within the platform. Here are a few videos.

Salesforce is excellent and very popular, but also very expensive. Trey Markel's Centrex is MCA-specific and a good option. Stay away from the extreme low-cost CRM's (not going to name names out of respect, but you'll know them when you see them)...they are decent for sales management but woefully lacking in reporting and scalability.

If you don't plan on making a custom CRM software then I would recommend Centrex as well.

    Centrex, OrgMeter, MCA Track, LendSaas.

I believe there are many more.

I agree with others, as an independent broker/ iso, I used to use Salesforce. They actually, had a "mini" version of their CRM, when I last checked end of 2020 and you could sign up for 30ish bucks a month per/seat. Didn't have all of Salesforce typical bells and whistles but still very functional for what i needed. Hope that helped.

I appreciate all the input. We are looking for an open-ended api system where we can connect a dialer to the CRM as well as another platform for a front interface or landing page for the brokers/agents.

Centrex Software has two dialer integrations: Blue Rock and yTel. Both are great but Blue Rock has more features. We also have the ability to integrate any landing page or web form or software company to auto post data into Centrex Software. You can even setup web hooks to post out of Centrex Software into another platform if need be. We have a full broker portal, syndicate portal, and client portal.

Let me know if you would like a demo and I can show you what Centrex has the ability to do.

Here at Centrex Software we do not as there is very much a cost on our end to setup an account and train on a new account. I think it's rare in this sector for CRM's to waive setup fees especially if you are a funder servicing your own portfolio where there is an ACH integration and maybe some syndicates that need to get paid out etc.
