    Just clarify a few things:
    1) Is the AR to insurance companies?
    2) Is the AR more than 90 days outstanding?

    All Paper Lender-

Micah is asking some of the right questions:

With Medical or 3rd Party Billing Receivables, the 'Net' receivable report is the key. With Workers Comp claims however, the payouts often come from lawsuits and settlements and are not driven by Health Insurance Carriers. Since it is hard to determine what the medical office will actually receive out of the $7M leveraging 2M might be tough.

Banks or Specialty Niche lenders will not be on this blog often- and will likely repeat the above.

What debt is on the balance sheet for the client now? Is there Machinery and Equipment to Leverage? Other collateral? Earnings?

There may well be a path to 2M but the AR with Comp claims will not be easy to leverage..

If this is still in play, we would be happy to take a look as well. The Workers Comp space is tricky to lend against but we have tons of experience in it.
