Question, there are many diff CRM backend systems funders use to keep track of deals, OrgMeter, LendSaas, MCA track etc.

What type of CRM do reverse funders use to keep track of deals? I would assume they use more than just a spreadsheet and most of these platforms weren't built/programmed for reverse deals.

Any insights would be appreciated.

The issue is more that there are solutions but they take time to produce, or they require a substantial budget.

Better Accounting Solutions has a great platform that I've seen for this, and David is great to work with. However they're going to be priced out of many people's ranges, because their system works right out of the box, and no one else does it as efficiently as them, evidenced by the bigger clients on their books.

What are you trying to accomplish? You will be surprised how much a standard accounting system (Xero, Quickbooks) can do to accomplish tracking an advance or reverse. At the end of the day, servicing an advance is just accounting. Quote -> Invoice -> Payment // Run aging report by customer & then you will have the performance of your book validated by your bank. <--- This is a free solution as you should already have some accounting software.

You can use most middle-tier CRMs to get an update from the books so your collection department is notified in real-time that they need to collect payment.
