Funder Offering 1.36 for 24 Months to Weak Cashflowing Restaurant...???

I got a merchant claiming he got an offer for 1.36 over 24 mos, all while averaging less than $1,000/mo in daily balance..

Is that possible? Who is out there making these ridiculous aggressive offers??

Is this merchant so comfortable pulling my leg, he doesn't care it's ashy??? WTH is going here???

Seriously though.. Who's out there making these crazy offers (even upfront!) to merchants?

***Also, I need to know who are truly the most aggressive HIGH RISK funders out there.***

Whenever I get something like this I ask for the first page of the contract so I can "try and beat the offer". If they don't send it in then you more than likely have your answer.

That's what I did as soon as I heard the offer. Still nothing...
