In looking through the thread history I don't suspect I'll have luck but since it's 2021, does anyone know of a way to get a hold of someone over there? In particular for a payoff of a collections account.

LOL, no they are not, we funded a deal with them (beginning of covid) that they renewed twice (we found out months later when we received updated from the merchant) and they never told us anything and never paid out commission for the renewals - when we reached out to them they claimed they have received it from another ISO and paid that "other" ISO commission for the deal.

They literally renewed their balance with the merchant and upped the daily's..... Like come up guys.
