Are the customers credit worthy and in friendly countries? Are the receivables insured? If so, you would be better to explore a factoring relationship. How much revenue? How much AR is outstanding? $1.5Mil facility should not be in excess of 15-18% all in.....

What do you mean by Friendly countries. Factoring deals are under UCC Jurisdiction, there are friendly countries to the UCC?

Friendly Countries meaning Countries where you would be able to obtain credit insurance on the debtor and/or enforce payment rights.

Without have complete details & financials - for long term funding the SBA has programs:

    COVID-19 Funding Sources (sba.gov)

Nearly All States have Export Funding Assistance

IF the merchant has a FICO of 680+ and can provide financials - A Term Loan from
Private Investors at % rate in the 9% to 19% range may be secured.

BTW - Anyone can provide an offer - the caveat - will the deal be funded.

Kevin - Yes, we all know you work for Sterling Bank, which is the Lender, not you. You are an employee, I'm a broker for a SBA Bank
    and other Private Lenders.

    Dave,

You constantly post about people posting in the wrong sections, not identifying themselves, and using personal email addresses and then misrepresent YOURSELF answering posts on the forum. YOU are NOT a lender and YOU do not WORK for a lender. Perhaps YOU should have explain that when responding to the person's post when they asked for LENDERS. Yes-I WORK for a LENDER. Do I need to disclose that I WORK for a LENDER and am NOT the LENDER????

It is early in the morning - so I will be polite - F*** OFF -

Who do you think you are telling me to "Stay In My Lane"

I am a Independent Broker - (1099) just the same as many of the people that post on the Daily Funder.
    Never claimed to a Lender/Funder -

Is that plain enough for you?

    Dave,

Again....the poster asked for LENDERS and you replied and did NOT represent yourself as a broker. That being said.....I CAN tell you to stay in our lane.

As for your "politeness" ....it you being you as usual.

Yep the poster is looking for a "lender" in a Merchant Cash Advance Forum" which would be a hint
that the merchant does not qualify or does not want to wait for a bank type loan.

That leaves you the "Banker" out of the loop.

Actually DAVE- The poster posted in the "All Other LENDING section of the Forum seeking a LENDER. What part of this do you NOT understand?
There are a LOT of banks in the US that offer non-tradition lending and factoring products. Hell, there has to be at least 15 of them in Florida now..... Just because a company does not qualify for a traditional loan from a bank does not mean banks today DO NOT have other loan or factoring products to help clients.

Again....I did NOT misrepresent myself.....you did.

Couldn't agree more with kevin on this one. Dave likes to comment and point out everyone elses misrepresentations, but gets defensive when he is called out. Don't dish it out if you cant take it.

Very true - I also have access to Non-Traditional Loans - just depends on the financials and type of business.

BTW Show me the post where I indicated I was direct lender. IF you take time to read my post, I directed them to the SBA Web Site,
they mentioned they were exporters. SBA has specific programs along with many States. Just a referral - Not my area of expertise.

According to you I cannot make a referral? Ye sir Master Kevin - I will obey and stay in my lane . NOT !

Dave-The poster specifically asked for lenders....not brokers. Replying to the post you should have disclosed as such. Otherwise the poster thinks you might BE a lender.....perhaps that was your intent. Again, you police people all the time about doing such things on this form and continue to do the same.

As for staying in your lane....Honestly I could care less what you do....just be honest about your business and intentions.

Per Master Kevin's Instructions _ I've been on the Daily Funder since 2014 and for anyone that doesn't not know or who cares.

I'M A BROKER WITH NUMEROUS CONTACTS - SOME DIRECT - OTHERS REFERALS

Hopefully Master Kevin is happy, sitting behind his Bankers Desk looking all important

It's just too easy to make Dave feel trolled. It would be funny if it was a skill, but we do it without even trying! I think @DonDolla needs to help us brighten this thread with skilled and dumbleads.com-style trolling. For your trolling entertainment: https://www.boredpanda.com/funny-trolling/

LOL, I used to have my information on here. I dont need any more high risk funders calling me to sign up. I also dont use this forum to solicit for business hence why i dont have my information publicly in my signature. If I was trying to gain business I would however make sure I was not misrepresenting myself. I also wouldnt advertise to other brokers something that they themselves can do without your help.

Sadly.... I offered a solution without soliciting for the business that might make sense and I am the only LENDER that replied.

Your reading comprehension must be on the downside - IF you understood my post - I directed the poster to SBA.gov for Possible Solutions.

Yes, he/she could research the info themselves -

Hopefully, they secured a solution other than an MCA @ 27%
