I would suspect client called BOA - they utilize 2FA
Customer claimed they did not authorize access.

This happened to a merchant of mine when we had a lender do a manual login on a BOA account

Straight up closed the account, no warnings or anything
    If you know you know

Citibank closed the bank account of a client of mine that I funded with Breakout. The account was open for like 8 years, and they just said, "We're closing your account on June 16." So he moved to CapOne.
Make sure all of your clients DOWNLOAD ALL OF THEIR BANKING HISTORY before being shut off!

I've see this happen specifically with BOA, yes.

Merchant had a few positions with constant log in's all over the place, BOA just shut his account for good.

Yeah, probably would be wise to advise our funders about this so we can do screenshares or DeLos, which I imagine would go around the issue
