Restaurant Concept that could provide $$ for MCA remits . . .

So, I was forward thinking of a way to help Restaurants create revenue to make their daily remits if they should ever need quick cash with a MCA. It actually goes hand in hand with one of our other products - Daily Deals.

It pretty much allows the Restaurant to create additional revenue based on their Food Cost with incremental sales that they wouldn't have made without participating in our Daily Deals program.

Say Joe's Pizza does $20k a week in gross sales and has been on our Daily Deals program for the last 4 months. His walkin unit goes out and needs $15k like now . . .

Let's assume they get the $15k via a MCA @ 1.49 over about a 6 month period with 150 being remit days - $14,900 payback. That would be approximately $99 per remit day.

Joe's Pizza can meet all required stipulations to qualify for the $15k MCA. Even without participating in our optional program, Joe's Pizza has enough cash flow to make the daily remits.

    But wait - there's more!

Since Joe's Pizza participates in our Daily Deals program, they allow us to offer Special Deals to local consumers like - $10 Off Any Purchase Of $25 or more!

Joe's Pizza has a 35% Cost Of Goods. So - when someone redeems their Special Deal - if the consumer only spends the required $25 - Joe's Pizza would collect $15 in Net Revenue. The COGs in this instance would be $8.75 with a Gross Profit of $6.25 approximately.

In this scenario - Joe's Pizza could honor 16 Special Deals a day - 5 days a week to help satisfy their Daily Remit. [ most won't allow Deal usage during normally busy days - like Fri & Sat ]

There is a cost to participate in the Daily Deals program each month - but it's nominal - starting @ $29.95 monthly + 5¢ per outgoing text message.

There are a bunch of bells & whistles of the Daily Deals program.

This program is a great way to create incremental sales and build a targetable customer base at the same time.

Joe's Pizza may want to send out a Special Deal to someone when it's their Birthday, Anniversary, etc.

This program provides an additional hook to keep the Merchant onboard and active. You never know when they may need that Emergency Cash from the MCA.

This concept can work for various businesses, not just Restaurants.

In the above scenario - should the Customer spend more than the required $25 on the visit - that creates additional Gross revenue for Joe's Pizza.

Our stats show that in 77% of all visits - the Customer spends $30 or more. In 58% of all visits - the spend is greater than $35 and in 34% of all visits - the spend is greater than $40 . . .

The logistics of actually implementing this and aligning it with the business's real world COGS seems wildly impractical.

If they need more money, just pay off their existing MCA with a new MCA (renew them).

Real World cogs for a Restaurant averages 35%. This is a hard cost of the food - not labor, overhead, etc. Those expenses occur whether our Deal Holders visit the biz or not.

This post was explaining how the Merchant could create incremental revenue to pay off a MCA utilizing their cost of goods, if needed.

The key of the moving parts in the original post - is that the revenue created via the Daily Deals platform, is revenue that Joe's Pizza creates occurs within the Daily Deals platform as a Closed Loop product.

    Incremental Revenue.

    Here's an even better Idea.

    Package MCA's with SEO.

Sell your SEO Services. Rather than have a customer pay Upfront out of Revenue, get them an MCA. When they are Funded, they pay for SEO Services... Then they make their Daily Payment....

But at the Same time SEO is being done, social media marketing, the whole 9.... Driving in Customers/Sales.

So it pays for Itself. Nothing but profit for the Merchant.

Using MCAs basically as a way to Finance SEO.

    Lol.

Rewards Network uses a similar model, they drive sales to the merchant and provide MCA based off those sales.

SEO takes time, you won't see profit in the short term of an MCA. Now if you meant PPC that would be more realistic.

Yep. I remember them from the 90's.

We don't have the money to fund the MCAs - so, we will run them through normal MCA channels and make the MCA commissions + make the additional commissions from the Daily Deals.

Daily Deals alongside our strong Text Marketing system will give our participating Merchants an advantage over other businesses that don't participate in our Network.

Since we are going to focus on the States that border Georgia in the beginning, our participating Merchant's brands will be seen by more Consumers and the Merchants needs will be serviced by a local Broker that can help them grow their brand.
