Credit Card Balance Transfer To Access Cash
Is anyone familiar with a lender/processer that offers this Credit Card Balance Transfer/Charge service for a fee to merchants so they can access cash?

To get cash off of a credit card with balance transfers, the best way is the following:
1) Get a credit card that has no-fee on cash advances (but will charge APR)
2) Get cards that provide 0 APR for 12-24 on all balance transfers
