    I would never buy leads from a broker who funds their own deals but sells leads on the side.

    We are running a call center where my experienced agents are making cold calls and generate leads with a 100% qualification process.....

    so your experienced agents cold call and qualify clients, they find a qualified client and you just hand them off for $25 a lead when you already know they're qualified and can just fund them? hmmm makes sense.
