Spartan Funding is Queen Funding?
I never would have guessed Spartan was a white label of Queen but they just filed a COJ on merchant and it shows that they are.
Anyone else realize this?

We do not have Trademark on the name nor the energy to go after everyone that uses this name in MCA or Factoring. The are a lot of copy cats with the name Green cap, world global, WG as well now. It’s just MCA.

TVT and all others have many dba's that are the same as other companies most are whit labels but not all. Some funders try to sound like others.
Spartan Capital is Spartan Capital and Funds directly no White labels, maybe syndication side by side with other big funders but no white labels.
