They've been funding (apparently) for the last few months. I've had them signed up, but no funded deals with them yet.
Unless the guidelines were updated since October, they want a full year of bank statements to generate an approval

They are funding and by the looks of it they have been more aggressive than ever (at least based on the last 2 months)
