I've done a ton of deals with Channel over the years. They have always been solid all the way around.

Latest info I have on their program (released since COVID) indicates they will go up to 15 months on Tier 1 deals and 12 months for tier 2 deals. What makes a deal a tier 1 deal? No clue.

The difference for tier 1 with them instead of tier 2 is TIB and Credit. 7 years in biz and 700 plus credit for tier 1. Hope that helps
