Has anyone worked with MCA GUARD?

Hi guys, quick question has anyone worked with the company MCA GUARD?

Yup, I was skeptical at first when they approached me with this program, but we recently went for it and they are now in about 20 of our deals, its also quick commissions, and they covered payments for 2 of our defaults.

Their terms and conditions state that they don't cover defaults. Can you clarify that?

MCA Guard is a protection program like an insurance policy for merchant cash advances. We cover payments if the merchant cant make them due to unforeseen conditions. We have a commission and incentive program for ISO as well. Please feel free to reach out 786-399-6619

If a client stops payments on the lender and on their policy, and refuses to speak with us to resolve it then it will be considered a default. Keep in mind that it's only if the client stops all communication with us and therefore we cannot help them.

Lol so you're a collections company that gives up when the merchant stops speaking to you?

Ah so its essentially a collections company that wants you to pay them up front and then they probably won't cover much because this isn't magic and if you can't afford your defaults, then there's no way they can.

We are not a collection company but a protection program and yes if someone stops paying any type of insurance (medical, car, etc.) they are no longer covered. I think it's pretty logic.

No we are not. Although we do work alongside them since they help us with defaults we can't resolve ourselves.

Lol this isn't super complicated. Your support on mcagaurd.com told me to "Give us a call at 516-388-6627"

I googled the number a it shows a facebook link for Legal Muscle USA which connects to your site.

Word of advice... best to be transparent. It'll get you a lot further than whatever made up thing you just said.
