Just wanted to drop a note and say my factoring business OAREX just raised $50M bank debt for digital media companies.

We placed this bank debt on top of our $50M from Arena Investors, LP - a firm which has financed a handful of MCA companies.

With Arena's sub debt ($50M), we are going to use it for our core but also expand into eCommerce, including Amazon, Walmart and NewEgg sellers - as well as Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.

For eCommerce stores that sell direct-to-consumer (via their website), we offer an MCA-like product.
For eCommerce store on Amazon, Walmart and NewEgg, we offer a factoring product.

MCA product = fixed % commission depending on the price (5-10%)
Factoring product = residual commission, 5% of our fees for life
