It is turn key. You put in your company information, personal information for all users, and this CRM is ready to go. If you already have a CRM, we have an extremely easy Data Migration tool inside of the system for you to convert over to this new CRM. This is proven to be effective to drive funded deals, and scale your brokerage.

There are 3 main focuses we had when building this out.

1. Data Integrity.
Data integrity should be at the forefront of your mind when building a brokerage. You need to track every piece of data that enters your organization. This will ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The system automatically update's deal owners, deal stage, deals won or lost, and deal value. Notify your sales team when it’s time to follow up. The system will notify every contact within a deal that needs to be contact when they need to be contacted. (Vendor's, Iso's, Referral Partners, Clients, Internal Reps etc...)

3. Marketing
Automate your sales funnel by marketing to your clients the second a lead enters the system until the deal is funded, and until they come back again to renew.
