2-3 year unsecured financing without a personal guarantor
Does this exist? Micah, I feel like you would be able to answer this.

So ... why would they give them money? There are programs with no PGs, but gotta understand the need and background and if there's any other collateral. Too vague so far.

Yes-Many institutions will offer loans to companies with no PG and no collateral. It is typically a term loan vs. cash flow/earnings. They are usually offered to larger privately owned companies and public companies or those sponsored by PE funds and/of Family Offices. Some will require a validity guarantee instead of PG.
