We have 4, wealthy medical doctors opening a cannabis growing business in February/March (business filings already established).

They are looking for a true business line of credit against real estate for about $500k-$1MM. They are open to PGs as well.

The company they are setting up is pre-revenue, but they have significant real estate to pledge:

• Commercial Property: $600k Balance, $2MM Stated Value
• Residential Properties: 5 or 6 free and clear properties in popular California locations (Ventura County and Los Angeles County)

They are willing to pledge a combination of these (within reason)
