SFR's Ground up Construction in Alaska
Good morning all,
I could use some help locating a Direct lender that will lend in Alaska.
Situation - Client owns 13 Lots free and clear (worth $625K in total). Looking to build and sell ADA compliant SFR's.
Let me know if you guys have any knowledge of who will do this type of loan in Alaska.
