Personal BK still open
First time BK a little over a year ago, solid business 350k+ monthly deposits and growing, good margins, solid banks, strong 5 fig dailys (no neg's or OD's), I was able to get him a small 10k LOC and several months later a 50k advance at 1.42 over 88 days. Balance is currently 26k give or take, merchant can pay it off at any time, looking for 125k - 150k over 9 months or better.
Use of funds - Inventory
Current funder willing to increase but will not give a longer term than 6 months.
