    Yes, around the corner from his house should be a pawn shop. What is happening here? This is a forum for BUSINESSES getting funding/loans/equipment financing/factoring etc. Key word, businesses.

    Desperate times, stop chasing ghost deals.

    IMO - Look at your product portfolio and decide , in today's environment, what can you reasonable expect to get funded.
