We used Five9 a couple years back at a prior employer. Worked great.

Don't have much experience with other providers to really compare though.

We use Zoho/Xencall for fronting. Zoho/Ring central for chasing and closing.

    Use two...

    - Phoneburner for call volume, list building, and easier exports for CRM import. You also get call recording and lead management (folders) which helps monitor your agents activities better. They can even use their own cell and work from home.

    - Use Vanillasoft for marketing on an already build list and use the drip feature to send email sequences and move clients down the pipeline. VS also has call routing which helps you stay on top of email opens etc.

If I had to choose just one id probably pick Phoneburner but with both only being $280 monthly you might as well use the tools of both.

Been using Five9 for over a year now. Works pretty well but configuration was an utter nightmare.

Check out Centrex Software with BlueRock. Awesome dialer integration where BlueRock will pull data out of statuses within Centrex Software and run a rule action on that data. A rule action can be call twice a day for 5 days and after each call sent a text message. If the merchant doesn't answer after that 5th day, BlueRock will automatically change the status within Centrex Software and you can have an entirely new set of rule actions on that status and the next status and next status etc etc.

Our clients love it and and their reps love it as well. Check us out.

It absolutely can but the software itself is more central around the marketing capability.
Essentially it's similar with autodialing but my agents have an easier time saying on the phone with Phoneburner opposed to Vanillasoft.

Phoneburner just seems to be a little more convenient.

1.) You don't need an additional soft phone downloaded so the rep can select 1 - 500 records and just calls in with their cell phone to the dial session (which can be paused, resumed, etc.). This saves some costs but allows reps to work from home easier with only one application up (Phoneburner).

2.) You don't need to leave voicemails. They can record a VM and it will automatically leave a message and then jump to the next call so you don't need to wait, or even open your mouth to leave a VM during the initial contact which saves time and gets some good call backs.

3.) The appointment calendar and notifications AND notifications on opened emails is much better and helps you stay on top of the activity a little more than Vanillasoft (Their call rerouting is slightly different).

4.) Call recording is included which helps. If you forgot what was discussed (usually because someone didn't listen enough or take notes) you can just click the recording tab and listen to ALL recordings from every call with the contact so you can properly follow-up without re-identifying the needs and sounding silly.

5.) Lastly, the exports are much easier and you don't need to edit the sheet after the export. They dispositions send everyone to folders which once exported are easily uploaded to a CRM - I also like to print ALL lead contacts that are "HOT" so the agents can pin up on their boards and stay active in the acquisition and not forgot the contact in the dialer.

Phoneburner seems to cover all the points for outbound callers and has less additional costs all around because a lot of features are included. However, they don't offer some of the features that Vanillasoft does such as the drip sequence (which is major for our shop) and the DocuSign integrations.

Both are sufficient for the job though.

I use VanillaSoft but their autodialer only works on Internet Explorer and not Chrome which I find to be the most convenient.

Are you using Bria as a soft phone? If you are using Windows you are able to fix this, I'll list the link below.
I use Mac (safari) for VS so I haven't followed the steps below, let me know how it works.
