SAUCHEEN FINANCING, LLC - Pulling as funder

Have noticed these guys "SAUCHEEN FINANCING, LLC" pulling in several deals lately, often situations where most funders would not touch. What concerns me is that we had several merchants tell us they have no idea who that company is after noticing them pull from their account. Anyone else experience this?

-Miami address listed on their website is for a run down warehouse in North Miami.
-No business by their name registered in the state of Florida.
-If it a client of yours-Have their bank file s SAR and contact the FBI and/or the US Secret Service Cyber Crimes Lab in Miami.

Also Flamingo Freedom Funding is located at the same address as them. Haven't heard about either of them but I've seen SAUCHEEN pulling recently. Ant Flamingo is not registered in the state of Florida too. That's so weird

Seen Flamingo debiting merchants accounts randomly recently too, small amounts with no specific pattern. Couple people seem to be doing that now hoping merchant won't notice.

The first thing their web-site says is that SauCheen Offers Merchant Cash Advance so I don't think so

I highly doubt they would just debit accounts randomly....not sure. Did they buy existing mcas to debit themselves ?? I know a group that funds the first 90 days then sells it

I’ve just figured out that they’re incorporated in Delaware in April, that’s the link: https://icis.corp.delaware.gov/Ecorp...ameSearch.aspx
The registered agent here is Harvard Business Services, Inc which is a Company registry. I’m not sure but isn’t that weird?

This company is very sus. I saw them pulling on several of our recent subs. I hope someone here can get to the bottom of this.

Having some past experience in this space in Miami myself I can tell you that it is a very commonplace practice for folks down there to incorporate in DE.

And my guess is they're brokers who jumped ship from their ISO, whipped up an EIN, and are pulling off old PSF forms / VC they had from funding prior merchants on someone else's paper... or backdoored files. That's Miami for you man.. grime central. That's also the reason why people register in other states, FL has an atrocious record for MCA for reasons just like this.

And the rave reviews from past funded merchants? Inactive / not in biz since 2018 and the other isn't even real.
    Yes, I'm bored.

"SauCheen" means "Get the money" in Chinese. Could the communists be working in the shadow behind all this to take over our industry?

Saw them in a deal the other month. There was another company that did a side-by-side deal, pulling as "Thebashagroup". The merchant said that it was the same company.

The merchant also gave a ZBL that had SauCheen's accounting department's number: 305-467-2123
