Nope I've been funding deals with them all year. I did have one issue however it was resolved within 30mins. Great company honestly.

i just funded with them Thursday, deal took 5 hours to underwrite and fund. very smooth.

LCF is still funding! We were one of the few funders that funded throughout the 1st COVID wave and we will continue to fund through the 2nd wave. We continue to fund high risk deals and have also gotten more aggressive on 5-9 month deals as well. We are not accepting new ISOs at this time due to current high submission volumes and the need to maintain good response times to our ISOs. We are in the process of training additional staff and anticipate resuming onboarding new ISOs in a few weeks.

Last Chance has always been a good "go to" funder for those difficult deals. Calling them can be trying, but they are responsive to emails.

I was also very impressed that they not only stayed open, but continued to fund new deals and renewals throughout all this mishigos

Great company but lately slow response time. I assume once they finish hiring staff it will be back to normal.
