Trucking company (local hauling) in business for over 10 years is looking for a second position for 132 days at least. Does have a default history, but with questionable lenders.

FACTS:
- Ok Credit…between 620-640
- Never a Bankruptcy
- Clear background check
- 2 MCA satisfied judgements in 2019 (paid them off completely in July 2019) The reason for the default was a change on their A/R cycle.
- Prior to the default had many MCAs from the big players and they were all paid as agreed
- Post judgments was able to obtain a 60k MCA for 190 days at 1.33 factor and it is being paid on time and on a weekly basis.
- Average monthly gross revenue is 180k for the past 12 months
- Maintains a 6k average balance for the past 12 months
- Only 1-2 negative days during the month

Any direct lender that can offer something reasonable? Not looking for 60 days MCAs. They need at least 132 days.

Agreed. They were promoting SBA Loans when in fact they were doing MCAs and still do. Their website has not even changed either. It still shows that they are an SBA direct lender.
