    $3,000,000 Amazon Deal

Does anyone fund Amazon Sellers 3-4mm? A good friend does 20mm a year on Amazon needs cash to purchase inventory.

No brokers please. Feel free to DM if you are a funder.

They are invite only, but why didn't they invite him?!
Does he want ease of capital or a large amount of capital?

The LOC with the bank likely has a UCC on his inventory

Honestly no clue. I'm just trying to get him an intro to someone who can do it if there is anyone.

A $3,000,000 MCA Deal? Why? If this business is strong financially, why in the world are they
considering cost of capital @ MCA Rates?

Oh I thought it was pretty clear that they aren't. I was asking who knew people who funded deals like this. Obviously I know plenty of MCA funders who'd chomp at the bit here.

From the DM's I received I think most people understood it too.

    A few questions:

-Are the sales with Amazon only or do they have other commercial customers? If so, what is the concentration with Amazon? If it is above 50%, ABL is not likely. A factoring facility including inventory may provide more liquidity.
-How much AR is outstanding? How much inventory is held by the prospect and do they have a perpetual inventory system?
-What is owed to the bank?
-Have you checked their Amazon agreement? If Amazon is holding their inventory they may have a UCC on the inventory even though there is no loan.

Happy to take a look. We have a lot of customers that sell through Amazon. Amazon have various selling programs and it is key to understand which program they are using with Amazon.

If there is 100% concentration with Amazon they are NOT getting an ABL deal and a lot of factors would not be able to do 100% concentration. They will say the can do it, but will eventually restrict availability due to concentration.

Getting a stand alone inventory deal done may be difficult. If the inventory is held at Amazon, they have claim to the inventory or may have filed a UCC on inventory.
